“MONO CLOSETS is not a closet company. It is an architectural practice for the interior — the precision of a European furniture house, made in Los Angeles.”

MONO CLOSETS studio craft Los Angeles
Who we are

We are a small studio based in Los Angeles. Every project we take on is designed in-house, fabricated locally, and installed by our own team. We don’t subcontract. We don’t cut corners. We don’t rush.

Our clients are homeowners who care deeply about how their space feels — and interior designers and architects who need a closet partner they can trust to match the quality of their own work.

MONO CLOSETS is based in West Hollywood. We work across Los Angeles — from Brentwood to Silver Lake, Bel Air to Los Feliz. Every project begins with a conversation. Every project ends with something built to last.

01
Restraint
We design by subtraction. Every element that isn’t necessary is removed. What remains is precise, considered, and permanent.
02
Material
The choice of finish is the design. We work with a curated library of materials — each selected for how it ages, not just how it looks on day one.
03
Precision
We build to architectural tolerance. Gaps are intentional. Alignments are exact. The difference is felt, even when it isn’t seen.
04
Permanence
We don’t build for trends. We build systems that will still feel right in twenty years — because the best design is quietly timeless.
05
Warmth
Architecture without warmth is just engineering. Every MONO CLOSETS system is designed to feel as good as it looks.
06
Quietude
The best spaces don’t announce themselves. They simply work — as if they could never have been any other way.

Narek brings a builder’s precision and a designer’s eye to every MONO CLOSETS project. With over five years dedicated to custom storage systems across Los Angeles, he has developed a rigorous approach to the craft — one that treats every closet as an architectural problem worth solving properly. His work is defined by clean geometry, considered materiality, and an insistence on details that most people will never notice, but always feel.
